| 摘 要： | 影响区域经济发展的因素有很多,各个因素对其影响的程度也不完全一样。如何避重就轻,扬长避短是每个区域经济发展所关注的。引用灰色系统的分析方法,从投入因素、产业因素,制度因素、消费因素等四个方面分析影响湖南经济增长的关键因素。结果表明,当前湖南经济的增长以产业因素和消费因素为主要增长因素,投入因素也产生了很重要的拉动力,制度因素的影响不大。在以后的发展中必须重视产业因素、消费因素以及投入因素。加快工业和第三产业的有序发展、提高对重点经济部门的投资、优化市场环境,刺激消费。

| Abstract: | There are many of affecting factors of regional economic development. The degrees of various factors influence are not exactly the same. How to find an easy way is every region to concern. This article refers to the gray system analysis method, for the key of economic growth affecting factors, we must analysis invest factors, industry factors, institutional factors, consumer factors. The results indicate that the current economic growth in Hunan, industry factors and consumption factors are the main growth factors. The pulling power of input factors is also very important. Institutional factors have little effect. We must pay attention to industrial factors, input factors, and consumer factors in future. It is accelerating industry and tertiary industry orderly development. Improve investment in key economic sectors. Optimize the market environment, stimulate consumption. |
