摘    要:随着煤炭消耗、汽车消费、建筑消费的快速上升,我国城区大气污染严重,多数城市可入肺颗粒物PM25的年平均浓度超过35μg/m3国家二级空气标准限值。由于PM25表面积大、富集有害有毒物质、可在大气中长时间远距离漂移.对人体健康和大气环境质量影响很大。工业排放、汽车尾气和沙土扬尘是大气微细粉尘污染的3大主要来源。采用电凝并、移动电极、高频电源、脉冲电源等技术的电除尘器,能有效减少工业微细粉尘的排放。对于汽车尾气和沙土扬尘所产生的微细粉尘,必须从源头上进行综合治理。为了解决污染源较广、污染机理不清晰、治理难度较大等问题,对微细粉尘的产生过程及其危害进行了研究,并提出了针对性的预防与治理措施,为有效减少大气微细粉尘污染提供理论指导。

Abstract:Along with the automobile consumption, coal consumption and building consumption rising quickly in China, the urban air pollution is serious and the concentration of PM25 measured annually is higher than 35μg/m3 national secondary air quality standard limit in most cities. Because of big surface area and enrichment of harmful and toxic substances on PM25, it can drift in the atmosphere for a long time and for a long distance, and can effect on human health and the quality of atmospheric environment. Industrial emissions, car exhaust and sand dust are three major sources of atmospheric fine dust pollution. The electrostatic precipitator of using electric coagulation, the movable electrode, high frequency power source, pulse power technology can effectively reduce emissions of industrial fine dust. The fine dusts produced by automobile exhaust and sand dust must be comprehensively governed from the sources. In order to solve the problems of wider sources of pollution, unclear mechanism, difficult governance and etc., the generating processes and harms of fine dust have been studied and the specific measures have been put forward so as to provide theoretical guidance for the effective reduction of atmospheric fine dust pollution.
