| 摘 要： | 建设“双师型”专业教学团队是现阶段提高高职师资队伍整体素质的有效途径，对实现培养高素质应用技能人才的目标具有重要意义。“双师型”专业教学团队的建设可以从培养专业教师的双师素质、优化组合专任教师与兼职教师的比例结构、有效提升目队整体合力等方面来实现。
