| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了运用基于HUST CNC-H3X开放式运动控制器对滚齿机进行数控化改造的原理,用此方法改造普通滚齿机,可以有效地扩大机床加工鼓形齿轮的功能,大大提高了机床性能,获得较大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the principle of the gear hobbing machine CNC Reform utilizing HUST CNC-H3X open motion controller.With this design,the function of hobbing machine to machine crown gear can be effectively expanded,the performance and processing capacity of the CNC gear hohhing machine are greatly enhanced.and the economical benfit can be gained economically. |
