摘    要:综合考虑罐-土之间的摩擦.采用接触单元模拟罐底板-基础间的相互作用。采用两种基础间的平均沉降量差作为边界条件,取代工程上难以准确计算或测量的基础基床系数或弹性模量,建立大型储液罐有限元计算模型,得到了罐底板大角焊缝区域的峰值应力计算值,并与应力实测值进行比较。结果表明,基于沉降量差的有限元计算方法的应力计算结果与应力实测结果相吻合,可以准确计算大型储液罐的底板应力。还可以通过基础沉降量实时监测。预测在用大型储液罐的剩余使用寿命。

Abstract:Taking the friction between oil storage tanks and earth into consideration,this method adopts the mutual interaction caused by the touch of the bottom of the unit and structure.The foundation settlement was used as the critical boundary condition to take the place of those foundation bed coefficient and elastic modulus which are difficult to be properly calculated or measured,a finite element modeling method was established.The comparison between the actual numerical of stress testing and the numerical of stress from the arcturus welding areas has shown that the numerical of stress obtained from the method of finite element evaluation is just the same as the one from actual testing.Therefore,it can be used to properly calculate the foundation stress of large oil storage tanks,in addition,the real-time inspection of foundation settlement can be used to predict the large oil storage tanks' service life.
