| 摘 要： | 对某钣金厂磷化废水采用混凝沉淀法进行处理研究,利用 pH/ORP系统在生产运行中确定了碱和混凝剂的最佳投加量,实现了整个工艺的自动控制,降低了药剂量的使用.结果表明:该法可使原水COD从250mg/L降到50mg/L,总磷从36 mg/L降到0.3mg/L,废水COD和总磷的去除率分别达到80%和99%,达到排放标准.

| Abstract: | The treatment of phosphate wastewater of plate working factory by coagulant sedimentation is studied.The optimum operating conditions for the optimal addition volume of sodium hydroxide and coagulant are determined through pH/ORP systems,in large amount of the chemical dissolves is economized and the whole of technologic process is brought about in automation control.The results show that with this method the COD in the raw water can be reduced from 250 mg/L to 50 mg/L,total phosphorous from 36 mg/L to 0.3 mg/L,and the removal rate of the total phosphorous can be up to 80% and 99% respectively. |
