泔水油的电导率与其品质关系探讨

摘    要:本文将不同浓度的污水与食用油搅拌混合,经静置后取其上层油层来人工模拟劣质泔水油.在单甘脂乳化作用下将其与水互溶后对其电导率进行测定,以反映金属离子含量对食用油电导率的影响.结果表明:食用油的电导率与污水的污染程度成显著正相关.因此可利用电导率对劣质泔水油进行快速检测.

Abstract:The extraction process of hogwash fat was simulated to produce hogwash fat by mixing edible oil and sewage and taking the supernatant oil. The electrical conductivity of emulsion was determined after emulsifying the same volume edible oil and re-distilled water with monoglyceride. The result showns that the electrical conducitivity of hogwash fat was highly correlated with the pollution lever of sewage,then we can identify quickly slopping oil by using the method of electrical conductivity.
