摘    要:目的:测定槐角中多糖的含量及其多糖水解物中单糖。方法:利用分光光度法测定槐角多糖含量。利用三氟乙酸制备多糖水解物,采用毛细管电泳-安培检测槐角多糖水解物中单糖。结果:槐角中多糖的含量为3.12%。槐角多糖水解物中含有果糖和葡萄糖,两者的摩尔比为34.2∶1。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于槐角中多糖及其多糖水解物中单糖的检测。

Abstract:Objective:The content of Sophorae Fructus polysaccharide(SFP) was determined.The monosaccharides were analysed in SFP hydrolysate.Method:The content of SFP was determined with spectrophotometry.SFP was hydrolyzed by trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)solution.Monosaccharide compositions in SFP were deter mined by Capillary electrophoresis-Amperometric detection(CE-AD) method.Results:The content of SFP was 3.12%.The hydrolysate of SFP was composed of fructose,glucose and so on.The molar ratio of fructose and glucose in SFP hydrolysate was about 34.2∶1.Conclusion:The method is accurate, simple and can be used for the determination of SFP and its hydrolysate.
