| 摘 要： | 团体心理辅导是一种在团体情境下提供心理援助与指导、促进心理健康的一种咨询形式.近年来在心理健康咨询的领域中起着越来越重要的作用.本文从团体心理辅导概念入手,并在阐述团体心理的价值的基础上,进而从实验角度分别探讨团体心理辅导在促进大学生心理健康发展中的作用.

| Abstract: | Group psychological guidance is an advisory form of providing help and guidance,and improving mental health.In recent years,it plays an increasingly important role in psychological health counseling.This paper starts with the concept of group guidance,illustrates the value of group psychology and then discusses the roles of group psychological guidance in the promotion of college students' psychological health from experimental aspects. |
