摘    要:长期以来,我国对普通高中教育实施的是一种主要以学业成绩为标准,政府为主体的评价。在这样单一评价体系下,普通高中渐渐偏离素质教育,为考而教,难以满足社会需求多样化与学生个性发展的需要。因此,无论从高中素质教育、高中多样化发展、教育管理体制改革、教育评价自身发展的角度来看,普通高中社会评价非常必要。当然,高中社会评价也会面临着诸如绩效方面的担忧以及功利性价值导向问题,这需要建立有效的教育社会评价机制,促进高中社会评价健康发展。

Social Evaluation :An Important Way to Lead the Healthy Development of Ordinary High Schools

Abstract:For a long time, our country mainly take an evaluation to the ordinary high schools education which standard depends on the academic achievements, and relies on government. In this single evaluation system, the ordinary high schools gradually deviated from quality education,teaching for the test can hardly meet the needs of society diversification and students’ personality development. Therefore, in terms of quality education in high schools, high schools diversified development, reform of the management system of education, or education evaluation development itself, it is necessary to process the social evaluation for the ordinary high schools. Of course, it will also faces problems such as the worry of achievement and the problem of utilitarian orientation, so we need to construct an effective social evaluation mechanism, and promote the healthy development of social evaluation in high schools.
