| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,中国共产党在彻底摧毁国民党旧法体系的基础上,学习和借鉴苏联的经验和做法,开展了一些急需的科技立法活动。这些立法活动适应了当时革命根据地政治、军事、经济和文化发展的需要,对于打破敌人的严密封锁、壮大革命的力量,产生了积极的法律与社会效应,并为新中国科技法制建设奠定了可资利用的基础。

| Abstract: | During the Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese Communist Party studied the experience of the Soviet Union and carried out some much-needed technology legislation, after destroying the law system of the Chinese Nationalist Party. These laws satisfied the needs of the revolutionary base in political, military, economic and cultural development. It had a positive legal and social effect on breaking the enemy＇s tight blockade and expanding the power of the revolution. It also laid a foundation available for the legal construction on the new China＇ s science and technology. |
