| 摘 要： | 汉唐时期，险峻的白帝城一带乃是三峡地区的政治、军事中心，其战守利害关系到长江上、中游的政局，于总体政治地理格局亦有重要影响。至唐中后期，夔州刺史多由中央官员贬谪而来，乃是峡区地位下降的前兆。而北宋景德以后，峡区中心转移到“滚西”，则标志着白帝城的最终衰落及地区政治、军事功能的大幅度降低。白帝城与“滚西”代表着两种不同的治所城市模式：军政要塞式与经济、行政功能兼具式，峡区治所在两者问的迁移可以说是“唐宋变革”在中国腹地的具体表现。

| Abstract: | During the periods of Han and Tang, the steepy Baidicheng was the political and military center of the Three Gorges area and played a pivotal role in the upper and middle regions of Yangtze River, as well as in the political geography situation all over the country. It was an auspice of the decline of this area that prefectural governors （Cishi） of Kuizhou were always demoted from central court in the mld-late period of Tang Dynasty. When Rangxi substituted Baidicheng as the center of the Three Gorges area, the latter＇s military and political role impaired greatly. Baidicheng and Rangxi represent two different models respectively, one is garrison with the function of military affairs and administration, the other is city which has economic and administrative function. The transfer of this regional centre is a real case of Tang-Song Transition in inland China. |
