| 摘 要： | 数字网络时代,作品得到充分的传播,而版权侵权也更加容易。如何实现作品在广阔空间的交流并兼顾作者及作品使用者的利益,成为数字时代版权保护研究的新课题。作为一种新型的版权使用许可方式,创作共用授权条款给网络版权的发展提出了新的思路和方法。本文从创作共用授权条款的产生背景入手,分析条款的版权法基础,进而探讨其与传统版权使用许可的异同,并对知识共享的未来作了展望。

| Abstract: | In digital times,the works are ready for transmission and also are likely to be infringed.It has been a new question at present on how to balance the interests between the author and the user of the certain works.As a new type of copyright license,Creative Commons Public Licenses brings a new way to the development of digital copyright.It first states the background of Creative Commons Public Licenses,and then it analyzes the basis of the licenses under copyright.The paper also discusses the sameness and difference between the license and copyright.Finally,it expects the future time of knowledge share. |
