| 摘 要： | 从经济收入、社会保障、基础设施建设、文化娱乐活动等方面对农六师共青团农场职工在兵团城镇化建设进程中的满意度进行问卷调查,结果显示职工对社会保障、基础设施建设、文化娱乐活动等方面的满意度达半数以上,对收入不满意者达半数以上,并由此引发了一些启示。

| Abstract: | This article from the economic income,social security,infrastructure construction,cultural and recreational activities and other aspects of the agricultural division six league farm workers in the urbanization construction in the process of satisfaction questionnaire,the results show the worker on social security,infrastructure construction,cultural and recreational activities and other aspects of the satisfaction of more than half of the revenue,are not satisfied with the for more than half,which caused some enlightenment. |
