| 摘 要： | 随着改革的进一步推进,社会矛盾将在一定层面一定范围以不同的方式不断呈现,如何应对并化解社会矛盾,建立和完善化解社会矛盾的法律调处机制势在必行。为此,必须深刻认识建立和完善化解社会矛盾法律调处机制的现实意义,分析当前社会矛盾的主要特征及成因,解析化解社会矛盾法律调处机制的路径,科学立法、公正司法、依法行政,并完善多元化纠纷解决机制,达到社会矛盾的法律有序调处,以从根本上、多渠道、多角度地解决社会矛盾和纠纷,维护社会稳定。

| Abstract: | As the reform goes further, social contradictions will constantly emerge to a certain level and range in dif- ferent ways. So it is necessary to think about how to deal with and resolve social conflicts and it is imperative to es- tablish and perfect law mediation mechanism. We should recognize the significance of and establishment and improvement of the legal mediation mechanisms, analyze the path to resolve the social conflicts by law mediation mech- anism and analyz the main characteristics and the reasons of the current social conflicts so as to strengthen legisla- tion, judicial justice and administration according to law. Improving the multiple dispute resolution mechanism to form orderly legal mediation of social contradictions, we can fundamentally resolve social conflicts and disputes from multi-angle and multi-channel to maintain social stability. |
