| 摘 要： | 高校共青团作为高校党委的助手行政的帮手，是联系青年大学生的纽带和桥梁，在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的工作中具有不可替代的作用。因此，在新时期如何贯彻落实中央16号文件精神，发挥共青团的优势，探索高校共青团思想政治教育的新途径，建立高校共青团思想政治教育新体系，显得尤为重要和迫切。

| Abstract: | As an assistant of the Party in college and universitied, the Communist Youth League ties the Young students and the Party. It plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening and improving ideological and pllitical education of students. So how to implement the spirit of the 16^th document and carry on the advantage of the Communist Youth League, how to find a new way and bulid a new system of Ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League there, it becomes very important and imperative. |
