| 摘 要： | 文章在研究乌昌旅游业发展现状、总结乌昌旅游业发展成功经验的基础上,试概括出实现其发展战略的路径选择:一是以科学发展观为统领,从战略高度认识发展旅游业;二是坚持政府主导,实施五大战略,促进旅游业科学发展;三是完善体系,加大投入,实现旅游产业联动发展;四是强化监督,狠抓落实,确保旅游产业快速发展。
