| 摘 要： | 新疆发展落后的主要原因除经济结构、政策、地区差异、人才和技术等原因外，还有一个重要原因就是资金短缺及“造血”功能薄弱。章就融资问题，阐述了新疆建设开发中的直接融资与间接融资方式的选择及融资过程中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The author holds that there are many reasons for the backwardness in Xinjiang development, except those reasons due to economic structure, policies, regional differences, human resources and technology, shortage of funds and weakness in 'blood-making are other two reasons. The paper discusses the fund-circulation and issues of fund-circulation to which attention should be paid in Xinjiang. |
