| 摘 要： | 我国《九年义务教育音乐教学大纲》(以下简称《大纲》)经过重新修定，于2001年1月出台。与此同时，《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》也于2001年7月问世。以上件的出台与实施，意味着我国基础音乐教育步入一个崭新的发展阶段。面对基础音乐教育的改革，高师音乐教育如何寻求一种符合基础音乐教育需求的发展道路，是应该关注的焦点和思考的问题。章在学习基础音乐教育教学大纲及国家音乐课程标准的基础上，谈基础音乐教育改革对高师音乐教育的几点启示。
