| 摘 要： | 正确看待和妥善处理新形势下的人民内部矛盾,是构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重大课题。文章首先阐述了新形势下人民内部矛盾呈现出的一些新情况新特点,比如利益矛盾凸现,干群矛盾比较突出,民族宗教问题有所滋长,群体性事件增多,矛盾斗争形式的对抗性增强,思想文化领域的矛盾错综复杂等。接着,提出了对当前人民内部矛盾的三点基本认识,即：正确处理人民内部矛盾仍然是我们国家政治生活的主题；人民内部矛盾斗争形式的对抗性增强,但并没有改变人民内部矛盾的非对抗性质；要全面理解矛盾动力论,慎重对待矛盾两个方面的统一和斗争。最后,提出了正确处理新形势下人民内部矛盾的对策思考,即：坚持以人为本,落实科学发展观,是正确处理人民内部矛盾的治本之策；增强群众观念,牢记群众利益无小事,是正确处理人民内部矛盾的关键所在；加强教育引导,严格依法行政,是正确处理人民内部矛盾的有效办法；加强基层基础工作,提高干部能力,是正确处理人民内部矛盾的根本条件。

| Abstract: | To understand and handle the contradictions among people properly in the new era has been an important topic in helping building a harmonious society.The author points the various characters and types of contradictions among people at present.Then the author provides us with three basic ways to look at and understand them,and fi- nally he presents readers the proper ways of how to handle them in the new era. |
