| 摘 要： | 区域经济协调发展最直接的应有三大目标,即缩小收入分配差距、缩小经济发展差距、缩小社会发展差距。其协调发展要通过市场作用和政府调节的互动机制来实现。新疆区域经济的划分及重点区域开发大体是以天山北坡经济带为轴心展开的。新疆区域经济的协调发展的战略措施应是:统筹经济与社会的协调发展; 统筹城乡协调发展;内贸与外贸的协调发展;重心区与非重心区协调发展;人口与经济协调发展;人与自然和谐发展。
