| 摘 要： | 发展是人的有目的实践活动所产生的变化,在发展中求生存是人超越于其他存在物的独特生存方式,发展的目的是为了人的生存和更好的生存,而人是关系的存在物,人生活在与自然、社会、自我的多重关系之中,和谐是现实人生的理想存在方式。传统发展观在一定程度上背离了发展的人学向度,科学发展观是对传统发展观的超越,科学发展观坚持以人为本,就要把和谐作为基本价值准则,目的是满足现实生活中人的实际需要。

| Abstract: | Development is a kind of change as a result of human practice activities.Survival through development is man's unique way of survival that goes begond other creatures.The purpose of development is for man's better survival.Man is a relation being.Man lives in a multirelation of nature,society and ego.Harmony is the ideal state of existence.Traditional development view departs from the anthropological orientation of development.Scientific development view surpasses traditional development view.Scientific development view sticks to people-oriented principle.Therefore,harmony should be the basic value standard and its purpose is to meet the practical needs of people in realistic life. |
