摘    要:处于现今知识经济的时代中,知识教学的发展遭遇到了“瓶颈”,暴露出了很多的不足,究其实质,主要是因为现今的知识教学忽视了人的主体性、能动性的发挥,忽视了其作为人所具有的个体性。现在知识教学方向必须坚持以人为本的思想,真真切切把学生看成是个体的人.从他们自身需要出发.促使他们能动地学习。

Abstract:In the current epoch of knowledge economy,the development of knowledge economy has met with its bottle-neck and exposed many demerits.The main reason for it lies in that current knowledge teaching neglects people's being the subject in it,their activity and their being individuals.The current knowledge teaching must stick to the principle of its being people-oriented,regard students as individuals and make them study actively by proceeding from their own needs.
