| 摘 要： | 在唐后期方镇使府中，府主与宾僚之间存在着特殊的亲近关系。当节帅和僚佐都入朝为官时，容易因旧僚关系胶固而结为朋党。在唐后期延续长达四十余年之久的牛李党争中，在幕为宾主，入朝为朋党的现象十分突出，牛、李两党中都有宾主在朝党同伐异的现象。因此可以认为唐后期方镇使府僚佐辟署制度在朝廷党争中曾起到不良的作用。宣宗时建立宰相与谏官之间幕府宾主回避制度，应该是朝廷有惩于先前宾主在朝结为朋党的教训而采取的措施。

| Abstract: | The leaders and the staff members were on very intimate terms in the Office of Military Governors in the late Tang Dynasty.If the leaders and the staff members went into the imperial court and worked together they would become one political group very easily.During the forty years of Niu-Li group struggles in the late Tang Dynasty,the situation of being leaders and staff members out of court and cliques in court was obvious and both Niu group and Li group supported its own group and attacked the other in court. Therefore,it can be asserted that the system of the Office of Military Covernors played a bad role in the group struggles in the imperial court.The challenge system established in the period of Xuanzong should have been a measure taken as a result of former lessons. |
