激发者角色定位与影响激发因素的思考

摘    要:教师在教学过程中所扮演的角色并非只是简单地进行知识的讲授,而应该是教学过程中的组织者和促进者,是学生学习动机的激发者。教师职业的这一角色定位不仅是由其职业性质所决定,更是由其影响并激励学生方式的特点所决定的。教师要成为一个成功的激发者,应当具有准确地理解学生学习动机、建立平等互动的师生关系和应对各种压力的能力,具备首先能够激发自己动机的素质。

Abstract:Teachers should be organizers, promoters and exciters of students' motivation of learning in teaching and learning instead of simply teaching knowledge. The role orientation of teachers is not only determined by their profession but also by the characteristics of their ways of influencing and stimulating students. To be a successful exciter, a teacher should have the ability to correctly understand students' motivation of learning,build equal and interdynamic teacher-student relationship and deal with all kinds of pressures and have the qualification for being able to stimulate his or her own motivation.
