| 摘 要： | 庄子在其代表作《庄子》中讲述生命的重要,对人的生命关怀表现为追求人格独立和精神自由,主张超然物外、精神自由的幸福哲学。庄子用虚静的智慧解读幸福:真正的幸福来自于内心的自由与本真,脱离一切外在的、世俗的羁绊和束缚,消除与世间万物的纠纷与矛盾,实现内在的、精神上的绝对自由。这种超越时空的"逍遥游"是庄子人生追求的最高境界,也是庄子的核心思想。

| Abstract: | In his masterpiece Zhuangzi, Zhuang Zi tells about the importance of life and his philosophy of happiness which focuses on the pursuit of personality independence, the freedom of the spirit and a detached attitude. Zhuang Zi interprets happiness in the wisdom of the quiescence, believing that true happiness comes from the inner freedom and authenticity beyond time and space which is the highest state of life Zhuang zi pursued and the core of Zhuang Zi thought. |
