| 摘 要： | “中部崛起”是统筹区域发展的新思路对中部地区经济发展提出的新要求，也是我国区域经济发展战略进入新的历史阶段的重要标志。中部地区区位优势明显，但思想观念落后、体制改革滞后、结构性矛盾突出、基础薄弱、整体经济实力不强等因素制约着中部的崛起。因此．必须更新观念，培育创新优势，扬长避短，推进集群化，加强合作，实现整体崛起。

| Abstract: | Central development is a new demand on central economic development as a result of giving an overall consideration to regional development.It is also an important mark showing that China's regional economic development strategy has entered a new historical stage.The central area has advantageous location but backward ideas.Various factors such as system reform's being lagged behind,obvious structrural contradictions,weak base and general economic power stop the central area from rapid development.Therefore, the central area must renew its ideas,cultivate innovative advantages,make best use of its advantages and bypass its disadvantages,promote clusterization and strengthen cooperation to carry out overall development. |
