| 摘 要： | 传统的发制品生产工艺，头发的质量损失较多，使得产品的生产成本增大，从而在一定程度上降低了商家的利润．针对此问题，对发制品的生产工艺进行了深入研究，在对头发表皮层进行处理后，选用两种各具特殊功能的溶液，对头发进行增重．结果表明，在给定的生产工艺条件下。可最终把原发损失率控制在5％以下，即成品率达95％以上．

| Abstract: | By using traditional production technology of hair products,the quality loss of hair is much,and the cost is increased.This cuts down the profit of enterprises to some degree.We studied the production technology of hair products deeply against this problem.Two solutions with different special function were chosen after handling the epidermis layer of hair to increase the weight of hair.It is tested that the loss rate of original hair can be controlled to 5 percent or below 5 percent.That is,the rate of finished product is 95 percent or above 95 percent. |
