| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的信息资源共享，已成为社会发展的大势所趋．目前，这项工作虽然有了大的发展，但还存在标准不统一、馆际协调性差、观念陈旧、经费短缺、从业人员整体素质不高等问题．要进一步更好地实现高校图书馆的信息资源共享，必须突出特色，合理定位．加强标准化规范化建设，同时还要建设一支高水平高素质的图书馆工作人员队伍．
