| 摘 要： | 民办高校发展迅速,但民办高校的党建工作相对滞后.如何加强民办高校的党建工作,推动民办高校健康发展,已经成为当前民办高校党的建设需要研究解决的重要课题.本文分析了民办高校的现状和特点,提出了加强民办高校党建工作的重要性和现阶段民办高校党建工作存在的薄弱环节,提出切实抓好民办高校的党建工作的几点思路.

| Abstract: | Contrary to the rapid development of private-run colleges and universities, the Party-construction work thereof is found to lag behind. How to strengthen their Party-construction work to guarantee the sound development of private-run colleges and universities has become an important issue to be discussed and settled in the process of the Party construction at present. This thesis analyzes the existing status in the colleges and universities, emphasizes the importance of the work of the Party-construction and points out the weak links existing in the work at present and, at last, makes some proposals on how to carry out the work. |
