| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、问卷调查法、数字统计法和逻辑分析法，对福州市居民的体育活动现状进行调查分析。研究表明：福州市居民体育活动参与率远高于全国平均水平，但体育人口低于全国平均水平；活动项目以散步与跑步、羽毛球、篮球、乒乓球、登山为主；活动场所以公园、广场、社区免费场所为主；影响因素主要是没时间、工作忙和没有活动场所；建议政府应加强居民体育健身意识的宣传与引导，加大体育基本设施投资力度，结合地域特点，发展优势体育项目，寻找适合福州市群众体育发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The research is conducted by the methods of documentary,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis as an investigation about the present residents'physical activities in Fuzhou.It shows that the participating rate of the residents physical activities in Fuzhou is much higher than national average level,but PE population is lower than that;the sports events mainly are taking a walk,jogging,playing badminton,basketball,ping-pong and climbing;and sports places mainly are parks,squares and free place in the community;the influenced facts mainly are no time,no activities place and busy working,therefore,some suggestions are given to government,to strengthen the propaganda and guidance of resicents'conscious about physical activities,to increase the investment in PE basic facilities;develop the superior PE project by combining the area features,and looking for the countermeasures which are suited for the development of public PE in Fuahou. |
