| 摘 要： | 长期以来,严格要求是高校辅导员工作的基本方法,但是严格要求不是简单粗暴,要实现良好的思政教育效果就要做到严而有＂格＂、严而有＂度＂、严而有＂方＂、严而有＂理＂、严而有＂爱＂。只有这样,我们才能做到把严格要求学生与关心爱护学生统一在一个＂爱＂字上,促进学生的全面发展。
