食品中镉的测定方法研究

摘    要:本研究通过分析比较火焰原子吸收法、碘化钾-甲基异丁酮(KI-MIBK)螯合萃取-火焰原子吸收法和镉-碘化钾-罗丹明B分光光度法三种不同测定镉含量的方法,从灵敏度、检出限、线性关系、所采用试剂、仪器价格等方面进行比较,得出采用镉-碘化钾-罗丹明B分光光度法测定食品中镉的含量方法最为简单易行,该法操作快速、简便、灵敏度高、选择性好.并用该法测定了糙米中镉的含量,其加标回收率为99.0%-103.5%,满足分析检测要求.
