摘    要:以柠檬酸作为螯合剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成尖晶石型锂离子电池正极材料LiMn1.8-xCo0.2CrxO4并用XRI和SEM表征其微结构,利用电化学测试考察材料的电化学性能.测试结果表明,所合成的材料具有完整的尖晶石结构,Cr3+的掺入并不会导致材料相结构的变化,说明Cr3+(d3)以替代形式进入尖晶石结构并替代八面体骨架中的Mn3+(d3).Cr3+对Mn位的掺杂使材料主体结构得到了稳定且具有很好的充放电平台.

Abstract:Spinel LiMn1.8Co0.2O4 and LiMn1.2Co0.2Cr0.6O4 compounds were prepared through sol -gel method using citric acid as a chelating agent. The structural and electrochemical properties of cathode compounds were investigated by mean of X -ray diffraction,SEM,cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge-discharge test and AC impedance spectra systematically.
