| 摘 要： | 本通过对终身体育思想的阐述，论证了终身体育在教育事业发展和实施“全民健身计划”中的必要性。学校体育是终身体育教育的重要阶段，要以终身体育观为指导思想，通过对现行的体育课程、方法、内容、评价等方面的改革，培养学生终身健身的意识和习惯，达到终身受益的目的。
