| 摘 要： | 邓小平深刻地阐述了新时期反腐倡廉的必要性与紧迫性、战略方针与根本原则、主要目标与重要任务、具体方针与基本方法，形成了全面系统科学的反腐倡廉思想。深入学习研究这一思想，对于现阶段全面贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想，切实加强党风廉政建设，构建“教育、制度、监督”并重的惩治和预防腐败体系，具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Mr. Deng Xiaoping has given a profound elaboration of "fighting against corruption and advocating an honest clean government " under new circumstances, including the necessity, urgency, foundamental policy as well as main tasks and detailed steps, all of which contribute to formulate the scientific thought of " Fighting against Corruption and Advocating an Honest Clean Government". Studying such a thought is of great help to put the " Three Representatives " into practice, to enhance the construction of an honest clean party, ultimately, to formulate a system that pays attention to both the punishment and guarding against corruption directed by " Education, Institution and Supervision". |
