| 摘 要： | 我国目前迫切需要推行行业集体合同，地区集体合同和专项集体合同，建议我国制定《集体合同法》时明确规定这三种合同，完善集体合同制度，另外，笔认为，集体合同的条款依其性质基本上可分为标准性条款、目标性条款、保障性条款、运行性条款四类。

| Abstract: | When we draft the collective contract law, it should stipulate clearly trade collective contract, regional collective contract and incomprehensive collective contract, because china is in urgent need of them at present. Besides, I think that the clauses in a collective contract can be classified standard clauses, aim clauses, protection clauses and motion clauses by their essences. |
