| 摘 要： | 中国是一个农业大国，农村人口占全国人口的75％左右，农民的老有所养一直是广大群众和政府十分关心的重要问题。河南是中国的第一人口大省、也是一个农业大省，调查研究和积极探索市场经济条件下，河南农民养老出现的问题，对促进河南农村经济与社会相互协调发展，维护社会的稳定，具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | China is a big agricultural country. About75 percent of our whole population are peasants. Providing for the aged peasants is a very important problem that peasants and government are concerned with. Henan has the mast population in china Henan is also a big agricultural province.So investigationon providing for the aged peasants under the condition of market economy has anvery important significance for promoting a coordinatad development between Henan countryside economy and society. Itcan also maintain the stability of the society. |
