| 摘 要： | 为探究社会支持、自我效能感和大学生利他行为的关系,采用社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能感量表、大学生利他行为量表对10所高校的1995名大学生进行调查。结果显示:(1)大学生利他行为低于理论中值,自我效能感高于理论中值,获得社会支持比较高;(2)社会支持、自我效能感和大学生利他行为之间均呈现显著正相关;(3)自我效能感在社会支持与利他行为之间起部分中介作用。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the relationship between social support,self-efficacy and altruistic behavior of college students,1995 college students from 10 universities were investigated with the Social Support Rating Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale and College Students’Altruistic Behavior Scale.The results showed that:1)the college students’altruistic behavior is lower than the theoretical median,self-efficacy is higher than the theoretical median,and social support is relatively high;2)there is a significant positive correlation between social support,self-efficacy and altruistic behavior of college students;3)self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between social support and altruistic behavior. |
