| 摘 要： | 本研究采用问卷的方式就四川、重庆地区的特殊教育的师资现状做了初步的考察与分析研究 ,目的是为了了解目前特殊教育师资的现状 ,以便针对其具体情况 ,制定出相应的培训措施 ,从而提高特殊教育教师的整体素质。研究结果发现 :1、从事特殊教育的教师学历层次普遍较低 ,特殊教育专业修养不够。 2、年龄普遍偏高 ,进修、学习的机会较少。 3、大多数教师还是在特殊教育学校从事传统的特殊教育。随着特殊教育向全纳性教育、融合性教育发展的趋势 ,目前特殊教育师资的状况是很难适应的 ,这势必会影响本地区特殊教育的发展。

| Abstract: | Though questionnaire, the paper reported the contextual analysis of special education teacher strength in Sichuan and Chongqing. Results indicated the low profile and higher age of the team strength, few training opportunities and traditional approach in teaching. It was concluded that the current team strength might not meet the development of special education in the regions, in line with the development of inclusion. |
