| Abstract: | School effectiveness questionnaire was used to explore the characteristics of special school.106 teachers participated in this study.The results showed that characteristics of school effectiveness in three special schools were different.There were significant demographic variable differences on the characteristics of school effectiveness in the special school.The differences of school effectiveness were followed with the different history of the special schools and the number of classes. |
