摘    要:以育人为中心、学生为主体为办学指导思想.形成多渠道、多层次、课内外、校内外相结合的育人体系,充分发挥清华大学著名高等学府的优势,建立高水平“学者教师群”,积极进行附属学校“一条龙”整体教育改革的研究与试验,努力培养高素质、有特色、创新型人才是清华附中的办学特色。

Abstract:For many years, we have insisted on taking education of students as our central task, students as our educational main body, and forming a system to educate students through many ways and levels including in and out of school. Taking much educatinal advangage of many noted experts and professors in Tsinghua university, and top teachers in our school, we have formed a scholar circles. In the meantime, under the leadership of Tsinghua university "the dragon experiment" that is, a coherent comperehensive educational reform experiment from kindergarten-junior school-high school is being carried out to explore an efficient model to cultivate talented persons with high quality, distinct characteristics, and creative spirit.
