| 摘 要： | 构建现代学校文化必须植根于历史和当代先进的社会文化之中,传承、吸纳和发扬优秀的传统文化,必须不断应变创新,才能充满生机和活力。应该清醒地反思当前学校文化建设存在的不足和缺失。要用先进的办学理念引领学校发展,以多元的文化载体培育学校特色,靠制度升华为学校精神来激励师生成长。学校文化应该服务于社会,为构建社会主义和谐社会作出积极贡献。

| Abstract: | The construction of modern school culture should be rooted both in history and the present advanced social culture.In order to impart,absorb and carry forward our excellent traditional culture,we should try to get used to the changeable situation,and only thus can we be filled with life and energy.At the same time,we should rationally reflect the defects and deficiencies in the present construction of school culture.Our leaders should use advanced ideas on running schools to promote their development,employ a variety of cultural carriers to form their features,and take the sublimation of systems as school spirits to encourage the development of both teachers and students.School culture should serve the society and make active contributions to the construction of a harmonious society of socialism. |
