| 摘 要： | 作为广义请求权竟合之一种的不真正连带责任,在我国民法领域中尚未受到足够的重视。但其作为一种成熟而科学的理论,有着异于连带责任理论而独立存在的价值。作者对不真正连带责任的确定、类型和效力、债权人对不真正连带责任的求偿和不真正连带责任的内部求偿问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The unreal joint responsibility has not been paid enough attention in the field of municipal law, but it has its value of independent existence differentiating the theory of joint responsibility. The thesis intends to expound the problems on the judgment on the joint responsibility, categories and legal effect, the demand of the creditors' unreal joint responsibility and its internal demanding compensation. |
