中小学体育教师教育一体化探析

摘    要:在回顾与反思当前中小学体育教师教育一体化改革的基础上,采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,提出了进一步推进中小学体育教师教育一体化改革的建议,认为中小学体育教师教育一体化改革从宏观上应开放师范教育体系,实现体育教师定向和非定向培养相结合;统筹考虑资源配置,实现体育教师职前培训、入职教育和职后培训一体化。从微观上应当实施课程设置、教育方式、教学评价的改革。

Abstract:By adopting the method of documentation and logical analysis, this thesis analyzes the survey on educational system reformation of P.E. teachers in primary and secondary schools and illustrates the theoretical construction of educational integration for P.E. Teachers. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward that, in terms of the educational integration of P.E. teachers in primary and secondary schools, it should open normal educational system from macro perspectives in order to realize the combination of designated and non - designated cultivation, concern resources allocation from various aspects, realize the integration of pre- post training, entry education and at - post training for P.E. teachers. From micro perspectives, it should implement the reformation in terms of course arrangement, educational style and teaching evaluation.
