| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义经济体制的改革与完善,中小企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,但融资难已成为制约中小企业发展的最大问题。本文在指出陕西省中小企业融资现状及问题的基础上,分析了陕西省中小企业融资难的原因,提出相关对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the reform and improvement of Chinese socialist economic system, small and medium-- sized enterprises （SME） have become an important part of the national economy. At the same time, Financing has become a major problem restricting the development of SME. This paper points out the financing situation and the problem of SME in Shaanxi Province, and analyzes the reasons for financing difficulties of SME in Shaanxi Province. Then this paper proposes relevant strategies to this problem. |
