| 摘 要： | 中西方心理学对于健康人格有着各自的诉求，在理论基础、研究重心和分析方式三个方面有所不同。随着心理学第四思潮——超个人心理学的兴起与变革，对健康人格的理解和诠释开始出现中西方文化会通的契机。健康人格作为人行动的方式，能够由理智引导并尊重生活，使人的需要得以满足，并且人的意识、才智以及热爱自我、自然环境和他人的能力都将得以发展。个体行动的方式不仅仅依赖于其经验的发展，也从有机的文化模式布局形式中得到学习，文化在自我概念和行为方式两个层面对健康人格有显著影响。道家文化以其关切的对象性为保持和发展个体的主体性提供了足够的空间，以其广泛的包容性调和了各种外在价值标准在社会中制造的对立和冲突，对塑造个体的健康人格具有重要而独特的功能。

| Abstract: | Healthy personality in Chinese psychology is different from that of the western which mainly embody in theory foundation, core of research and analytical approach. Transpersonal psychology as the fourth ideological trend provides the chance to understanding and explanation of healthy personality between Chinese and western culture. As a man of action manner, healthy personality can meet the person＇s need, ability related to awareness, wisdom and passion of the natural environment which will be developed by rational guidance and respect to life. The action manner of individual not only relies on experience of development, but also includes the learning from organics cultural pattern, therefore, shaping healthy personality of the individual cannot ignore the role and function of culture. Taoist culture, as the most important and influential of Chinese culture, with its concern for the objectivity provides adequate space for individual subjectivity, with its wide comprehensiveness to reconcile all＇kinds of conflicts result from various external value standard in society, will play a more unique and important function in shaping healthy personality. |
