| 摘 要： | 陕西省农村中小学生源持续向城镇流动;农村中小学校普遍存在资金短缺、内涵发展不够、教育质量不高的问题;各级政府应加大对农村中小学教育资源的配置,缩小农村中小学与城市中小学在各方面的差距,确保教育均衡发展。

| Abstract: | This paper displays some problems existed in rural schools and countermeasures.Rural students flow to cities and towns;rural primary schools are short of funds;the quality of education is not high.Therefore,to ensure balanced development of education,all levels of government should increase allocation of resources in rural primary and secondary education and reduce the gap between rural and urban schools. |
