| 摘 要： | 马斯洛的需要层次理论是研究人的需要结构的一种理论,在心理学界有着重要的地位。随着外语教学理论的不断发展和大学英语教学改革的不断深入,需要层次理论对外语教学的指导作用日益明显。当前的英语教学改革应坚持以学生为主体,面向全体学生,满足学生的需要,使学生逐步形成自主学习的能力。
