| 摘 要： | 公民环境权是伴随着人类社会工业化和无限制地改造自然所带来的环境问题和环境危机产生的,是公民的一项基本的人权。我国法律对公民环境权的保护有明显的缺陷和滞后性,所以应该顺应世界各国的发展趋势,建立健全各项法律制度,使公民环境权得到切实的保障。

| Abstract: | Citizen's environmental right appears with the environment crisis produced by the human society industrialization and unlimited transforms.It is citizen's basic human rights.The law in our country has obvious flaw and hysteresis quality in citizen's environmental rights,therefore we should comply with the trend of development in various countries,establishe the perfect each legal regime and enable the citizen's environmental rights to obtain the practical safeguard. |
